Need one each of these, as title says these bolt to the bottom of the Al intake manifold on zenith factory carbs. Our car is a 1970 2800cs.
Part numbers are 11611250693 and 11611257490. Engine coolant flows thru these to warm the intake manifold.
My nozzles are badly corroded and not sure they can be fixed.

Thanks

I have fixed these with a compound called Labmetal ( from Eastwood ) I use this because after I have done the repairs, I powdercoat them usually cannot even see the repair afterwards The Labmetal is the only stuff that I have found that can take the temp of PC gets very very hard and takes sanding quite well

Thanks, Rick

We are going to powder coat the intake manifolds and these covers with high temp powder. Good to hear that the Labmetal can withstand the 400 degrees of the powder cure. Thanks

These look really good. As we said we are waiting on our usual source for parts for pictures of a set they have. If they are not is usable shape then we will contact you.

Cant thank you and others enough for responding to our request.

Have a question on looking at your pics and others I see there is a hex plug on the bottom of one of them, apparently not being used. Our piece does not have that plug, so just wondering what is is supposed to be used for?

Thanks
Jeff

It was used for a temperature switch on later cars to turn off power to the electric elements in the chokes.
