Probably the thief didn't know how to drive a stick shift! LolWeird, but why would anyone steal an automatic?![]()
Agreed seams scammySomething seems fishy....
No VIN
No real info on the car...
No real info on who took it.
Seems like a smear campaign - not a 'stolen' car.... But who knows.
The truth is probably a messy tale of woe.... on multiple fronts....
Went once to visit Philips in Eindhoven, I was reluctant to leave the luggage in the car parked on the street, my dutch hosts were laughing at me.Its probably in the Netherlands since there's so many criminals there.
I was thinking of the same guy. As I recall at least one forum member either lost a load of parts or an entire car - certainly was majorly out of pocket - and this is before prices went really stratospheric. It sounds kind of like the stories about the guy in England from awhile back. I believe he was Polish (no offense to the fine people of Poland.) I remember some concern about cars and/or parts being taken out of the country.
