WTB--3 wire clips for front bulkhead

hm, never seen these clips.

What are they supposed to hold? the washer fluid line goes along the hood hinges. The under hood light wire runs along the frontal hinge.

What's left?
Some engine bay pic's in this thread, none of them show these clips there.

I think the wiring to the primary side of the ignition system (ballast resistor & coil) and also the wires to/from the AC compressor to electric fan in front of the condenser if equipped.

Metal "finger" can be covered with thin shrinkable tube but also modern solution can be used:

Because the steel scratches the paint.
These are the correct clamps that are used per Steve's post. I used tie wraps behind the grills and over the condenser to hold up the wiring. Seeing those 3 holes made me look for why they were there.
