I have a few of these gearboxes, would need bellhousing which is different from usual 4 spd bell…is listed for late euro CSi in parts book.

Mileage on all three is less than 50k each.

$1000 each picked up in NC

Yes, the last one I sold was for a Ford Escort Mk 1…. Delivered it to San Diego the fellow had two, one of which was an ex ETCC car that had been driven by Ronnie Peterson, he wanted the OD box for his street car. I understand why someone would need a CR box for something like a race prepped BDA engine but why did BMW use them behind an M30 street engine? We have a nice flat tourque curve. Most of the time people who use a CR find theat they are unhappy with their diff ratio. The street cars that had a CR had a 3.07 rear gear, again the M30 has enough tourque to pull that. What do you gain for the cost of a CR box?
