1972 3.0CSi

Bob Platz has a Riviera/Red CS. He is a renowned Mercedes Benz Restorer, the shop is outside Philadelphia. Bob's also a Mercedes Judge at Legends.

Wonder if this was Paul Bedetto's CSi, he lived near Cape Elizabeth, Maine. He sold it back in 2015 or 2016 His was Riviera/Blue Velour.

i saw Bob's CS at a show in Kiawah, SC years ago ... nice guy and a nice car. i was thinking his car was baikal, but i could be wrong ... its been about 8 years or so
 
I love the current, symbolic bid of $90.5k (where it stalled last time). Looks like this deserving coupe will get a different result this time! :love:

Two years too late for me or I would be all over it. :(
 
You're welcome! Its original vibe reminds me a lot of my fjord/white coupe in many ways. But even when I am all finished, the riviera coupe might still be just a little better. I guess I'm smitten.
