Hi guys,

I am having problems with fuel relay. Or at least I thought so since it fixed my problem once I replaced it with new one but same problem came back. Now it does same with new and old one. They both work ...if one works and i swap it with another one that one also works and the same when both dont work.

When car does not start (fuel pump does not turn on) fuel relay gets no power and after I jump it fuel pump engages and car starts and works. Often after that fuel relay is working for a while but than same problem occurs.

When relay is dead there is no voltage relay ignition + terminal (86).

Now I wonder do I have bad igniton switch or power suply comes also from somewhere else?

Thanks

Pin 86 on fuel pump relay is pin 87 of main relay

Sounds like your main relay isn't feeding your fuel pump relay.
Check pin 87 on main relay for Bat + with key on.

Thank you will test it tomorrow.
Hi there
Make sure
You have good connections here .
That is where the 12 volt supply to the ecu / fuel pump relay comes from .
Don helped me with sorting mine out , I had the 2 wires reversed, so I was getting zero voltage at the ecu and the fuel pump relay. Once he figured that out , I reconnected them correctly and all was fixed. So perhaps a bad contact there could be your problem.
