Shaft seal should be available at any industrial bearing house, you'll need the metric inner and outer dimensions plus (possibly optional) the height of the seal. If this thread is still alive, Jay Stratton has a good rep with some of the more experienced members here.

Now I see the vanes have a square end and a rounded end, the rounded end goes "outside" while the square end lives in the slotted part.

I put those on my 2002s when I had them. No one should pay 100 euro for them, IMNSHO but new and without scratches they do look nice. Some elbow grease and metal polish can do wonders.
