In deep! So much for getting together for a run soon! Bobby, remember to lift the car from the front subframe, not the rocker area whenever possible. Especially with some rust there. No giant deal as you'll be addressing anything crunchy now but in the future. ;-)

got too excited about taking it apart....

taking both front and rear subframes off will be on a dolly soon :)

engine is being torn down now. initially didn't want to tear down too much but found there's some scratches on the connecting rods and connecting rod bearings.

after talking with some great minds here on the forum, we decided the engine is not an m90 engine but a euro m30b34 engine. bit of bummer its not an m90 but im happy about the 10:1 compression :D

machine shop did some measure measurements on the pistons:

fortunately the pistons and connecting rods are in good shape, just some small scratches and will be reused.
