In the fotos for this car the VIN numbers (2211xxx) are not stamped on the tag (like in the foto you posted), they are engraved.

I wrote to the seller asking for a photo of the VIN stamping on the firewall/a-pillar, they replied that there was already a foto of the VIN posted. SO...I wrote back saying not that one, on the firewall there is a second stamping in the sheetmetal. The seller (or representative) wrote back saying they couldn't find it.

If anyone is really interested or needs some detail I can go see Terry he is very close to me in Austin and I'm sure he would let me take as many pictures as I wanted and check the vin number etc. I'm not an "expert" but I could take shots of all the suspect areas.
