I figured it'd sell for around that. Great buy for a NOS item. Very rare. I could see it selling for twice as much to be honest. What a special piece.

Now I don't feel so bad. I paid $1000 for a NOS 40cm Petri wheel with hub and Petri horn button a couple of years ago. At the time, I thought I was kind of crazy.
