My #0013, Sept 1969 build doesn't have any such emisions sticker. East Coast delivery. Doesn't mean it didn't have it or should have received it.

Here is the sticker on 2270012, it appears to have been replaced in 1994

I have seen this type of "Bureau of Automotive Repair" sticker on other (non-BMW) gray market, euro-spec, vehicles. Is that the history of this '69 2800CS?
