I followed up with the seller. Turns out the car was sold and shipped to California at the $9600+shipping bid. Turns out there was no shill bidding. Hopefully this helps others gauge current 3.0 value.

BHCC perhaps. $11K for a big bumpered auto with lots of rot is quite ludicrous (at the moment).
