Been a while since last post, working on customer projects. The front nose took a hot at one time and someone just beat down the sheet metal and filled it with bondo. Yikes. I have English wheel setup to shape the nose metal, but was not sure how I would make the indented round spot for the BMW emblem, had a couple ideas that involved making dies with my lathe, then is dawned on me, try the bead roller. This is just a test on some scrap.
