'72 E9 Ignition Lock Tumbler Popped Out w/ Key - Help !

So the entire tumbler pulled out of the lock housing along with the key, various pins, springs, and assorted pieces went everywhere. Think I found them all. Does anyone know where I can have the tumbler repaired to fit original key ? Can I send the key and tumbler to someone to renew and then just push the unit back into housing without having to remove the entire lockset ? I can push the empty tumbler in to the housing and the car operates normally but its now effectively a "keyless go" car, not too secure.
