911r listing, which is always fun to watch.
Seems like a lot of e9s on BAT right now, curious if this volume will continue for a little while.
Interesting the owner kept the rear side markers when they did the restoration.

Speaking of screws.... Never seen the VIN plate held in with screws either.....
 
When it comes to panels gaps; is this how it is supposed to be? Seems to be welded with 2 or 3 strip welds. Doesn't look spectacular if I may say so.
The rest of the body does have great body shut lines by the way, so to me it looks like a skilled body man was at work.

and typical example of bad lifting: this wasn't necessary! (the lower edge of the outer panel gets 'crimped' around the inner sill that sits just behind it; you can't undo that deformation easily):

It always amazes me that someone thinks they can lift a 3,000lb car by some 19 gauge sheet metal. I get nervous just lifting it by the 14 gauge frame rails. I'm making a cradle to help distribute the load and contain the outward forces.
