A/C heat aftermarket unit

anyone tried one of these units? saw on 2002faq site seems interesting I think wheeler/dealer used one on a 60's Volvo

THat looks like one tiny arse evaporator. Probably for underdash use.

I have the smallest vintageAir unit in my Mini. Comes with two controls that you can place anywhere so theoretically, you can use a factory AC faceplate/vent w/the vintage air unit. Need to measure the evaporator box and see if it can be stuck somewhere behind the dash/under the glovebox area.

ive been considering deleting my heat and ac altogether and putting an electric unit in for defrost
