Did you turn the AC Blower on high? Was the Condensor fan also off?

AC Blower was on high- Cabin squirrel-cage fan
Condensor fan was on
Compressor was off
No fuse blowing and I was using red fuse

Since the Compressor is new, you didn't have any issues before, then the Compressor sounds like it could be the issue. The electrical part of the compressor is the clutch that activates the compressor. Make sure the wiring to the compressor isn't shorting to ground.
