Alpina B2S on BaT

+1
Acquire and ditch the 'Deco' treatment. Put in the right rudder and drive the snot out of it. You'll love the B2S sounds. ;)
I have a E9 with the same engine 3weber Sounds great but I have another E9 with M3 E46 engine sounds crazy when I drive that car I can not drive slow it makes me push the throttle any chance I get it is over 350 HP, and I have Wilwood big brake system on it, I had to call around and buy a full cover insurance it is not every insurance company insure classic car but I have 150K insure, but I am going to sale this cars, I have another Inka orange that I am working on it, I love the color, I learn a lot on this 2 car, and I will restore the 3rd one properly, it took me long time to finish this two car But on the 3rd one will be quick.

I don't know exactly, but from memory I would say E21 was first

This ad is purportedly from 1975. I believe this to be true based on the early scheel 100 based seats advertised. Also the 528 B2 came with blue and green stripes in 1976.

The cars look fantastic! Try Hagerty on the insurance, they don't care (maybe) what's under the hood.

Boy oh boy, that airdam looks fantastic. :) and the black bumper, gorgeous...

Good to see them.

Regards, Alberto

love the Alpina air dam on the e21. is this a USA e21 in Alpina spec? it looks like a '77 to '79 model.

I like the subtlety, personally. I thought this was going to be ridiculous-looking when I saw it on the build sheet but I much prefer this look to the solid stripes. Before I saw it on the car (I started the install at 8pm and finished at 3am), I thought it would be funny to put a silver dekoset on it. I did also consider doing blue/green with the outline but the gold is actually pretty cool as the car R&T tested looked identical to mine.

Thumbs up for the driving videos! Not being an a**hole (for the most part), not thrashing or beating the car, but showing that it's a car that you can actually drive and have fun with. Also, who needs a radio with that song playing over and over?
