I see from the wiring diagram that the positive side of the coil is fed by 2 wires - one from the starter (black/red) during cranking and another from what appears to be from one of the speed relays (green feeding the resistor, blue/red from the resistor to the coil). I can't see from the diagram where the current comes from to feed the relay before going on to the ballast resistor. I want to eliminate the relays entirely and wire directly but can't figure this out. Any experts out there with an explanation? TIA.
