Bavaria flexible dash hose

Does anyone know a source of the fiberboard flex hose under the dash of the Bavaria. Replacing my dash, and the old stuff just crumbled, thank you

I have not measured my air distribution hoses as they are in good shape...but I'm thinking the MT.MFG "OEM, German Heater Hose Also called Fresh Air Hose Reinforced Paper/Aluminum" may even be identical...

After visiting with Carl Nelson, definitely no longer available, but hint to check VW
Mid America Motorworks part #321-691 fits perfectly, and only $7.99

I recall on many air cooled Porsche and VW sites that the foil reinforced hose (if you really want to refer to that foil as "reinforcing" material - it's still pretty fragile) Was used and is available in at least 2 or 3 diameters. Perhaps you can find a match up through Stoddard or elsewhere. Try companies like "McMaster-Carr" and "Aircraft Spruce and Specialty" also. You can spend HOURS cruising through those two sites looking at wondrous mechanical/linkage/hardware/cable/tubing things you never knew you needed! Both are pretty fascinating sources for ideas, if you're a nerd like me.
