It was made by CR Racing https://www.crracing.com in Indianapolis. I sent them the original and they duplicated the inlet/outlet/overflow and mounting plates. It's a generous two row, which means that the stock fan no longer fits. I knew that going in, however, and since a fan robs a bit of power anyway was happy to get rid of it. I have a 14" electric pusher fan in front of the radiator which is triggered by coolant temp via the ECU. Altogether it is so effective that I had to go to a higher temp thermostat in order to reach a more optimum operating temperature. It's been driven in trying conditions; high altitude mountain climbs in Colorado and creeping traffic in hot Florida without a hint of overheating.
