Sorry, Not true, with a documentation for use to restore oldtimer, you van still get the nitro based color.

Mine is painted with that (glasurit 55 serie)

you educated me in the exceptions, which I didn’t know

Now I found it for ireland….

It's the same in the UK too - you can still obtain and use nitrocellulose(?) based paints for small scale use
