It’s a very early car from what the scribes over on FAQ have found.

It certainly needs to be saved.

Glad y’all are watching it. Hope it makes it to a good home

Ad states "Sale Date Not Applicable" ??? They're just looking for a high bid? What's the scoop?

I actually don't know what this means. Typically it will say "Future" if the auction date hasn't been set but we've come across "N/A" a couple times before and didn't know what it was. Can't find any info on it on the website either. I could contact someone there and ask but I don't care enough. ;) My guess is because it's an "Out of Country" vehicle they put it on hold until the paperwork is understood. All vehicles that are stored at Copart are added to their inventory and show up on the website, regardless of whether it ever makes it to auction.

Gotcha... I appreciate the explanation, Dan. I have so many irons in the fire at the moment, I don't see how I can add this to my plate.

It is cool, though.

Damn it Dan!

That is a euro M635i, confirmed via VIN. Perfect interior and Alpina softlines. That is an M88/3 motor putting out 286HP from the factory.
It's consignment so they probably know what they have...

Bidding is "on approval" and an offsite sale with no location. Not sure what to make of it. Autocheck makes the mileage seem plausible.
What do you make of that instrument cluster? I don't think I've ever seen anything like it before. Water/moisture damage I assume.

Same as the M6 above, but it is missing the screen. Lots of wires exposed in the back engine bay, so who knows what electrical mess they repaired or caused.
