To me, black is one of the best colors on a coupe. It makes all the chrome look glorious.

Love that color. My first, 3.0CS was that color combo. Alas, the ex...well you know the rest of the story. Sure miss that car!

My mechanic noticed these guys lined up and took a picture. That’s an E36 M3 turbo up front (700+ hp), an E30 (M60 swap) to the right and my ‘73 E9 getting a new block in the back. All are running now. Some faster than others.
The morning after Halloween, being a Sunday and the first morning of daylight savings, meant that the roads were reasonably empty so I was able to take a few photos that I've been meaning to shoot
while perhaps they run faster, they don't do so with style ... not even half of the style that your e9 possesses.
Visiting Don's in Alameda. Shop is awesome and the Mexican restaurant 2 blks away is fantastic..
Another test drive today... Trying to root out the ghost in the machine that's pissing us off...

Thanks! They are 15x7 ATS wheels. They actually work pretty well and are a nice departure from the standard Alpinas..... Having said all that, if anyone has a set of original 5-hole 7x14 Alpina's with date codes for late 1972, please let me know. I'm looking!
What alloys are these and sizes ???.... look great !!!
