In my garage there is a receptacle that I call "the always full bin". It's a plastic bin of approximately 40 lts capacity. ( You Americans with your go- it -alone measurement system will have to work that out. )
The thing is, this bin is always full. As soon as I empty it it immediately fills up. And weirdly, it seems to be able to accept more and more junk even when full. I've tried introducing smaller bins thinking they would instil the discipline of more frequent emptying, larger bins thinking they wouldn't fill immediately but to no avail. They are still ALWAYS FULL.
Is it just me?
