My front springs were 5/8” too short

Pic of two 1/2” spacers and 3 dot rubber spacer to keep muffler from dragging on driveways and speed bumps. One is 2002 and one is 3D printed.
Yikes! I think I would rather lower the front 5/8”. I’m still game for the springs but if I don’t find a second front 40mm strut housing in the next two years I’ll probably go with front coilovers,
Here I am gifting my Carl Nelson springs to a friend as a “thank you for your extreme patience while I unearth your parts”.

I'd be wary to use plastic in that location, as it is under constant load. the 3D Print i guess is a plastic usually, which has a tendency to deform under load and time: 'creep' as they call it. Keep an eye out for them, as they'll like start bulging out or cracking. It's just a matter of time: a month, a year; hard to guestimate.
