Absolutely correct on cost of shipping, this guy is definitely ripping everyone off on shipping. Deutschepost Packet from Germany to CO allows up to 20kg (44 lb) for only 62 euros, I have had full sets of Alpina 16's sent here by this method for 124 euros total in two packages. Deutschepost also has an agreement with USPS and they can use a delivery confirmation number as USPS uses over here. For some reason we cannot do the same sending packages to Germany. Nor does it usually take six weeks by Packet, maybe 3-4. More BS.
There is also a service available from Deutschepost for packages up to 2kg for around 10-12 euros. Items he sells like arm rests should work with this service. Cannot recall the name at the moment.
My personal experiences with this guy have also been quite negative, wrong parts, difficulty getting refunds, minimal to no communication. I strongly recommend avoiding buying stuff from this guy, far more reliable sources available for virtually all of the E9 stuff he sells (or claims to have).
Caution also advised, I think he now is using the ebay name mostra-scambio or some such. He has had at least six different ebay names, doubtless the result of getting kicked off ebay or extreme negative feedback. Appears to me the ratio of satisfied to dissatisfied customers weighs heavily on the dissatisfied side.
