Next time before you buy from an Ebay-Seller try this useful link:

Its in german tough, but easy to use (for your english speaking folks): After inserting of the Username ( for example Schimmelpfennigs " bmw-00001 " ) it searched for neutral or negativ of the last 600 feedbacks, they appear in a list underneath. Maybe someone knows an english version.......

Therefore i like this forum more than the german E9-Forum.....because of the etiquettes, even if its harder for me to write in english than in german. :lol:
 
I know I'll be accused of beating a dead horse, and this is my last post on the subject, but I just got off the phone with an eBay representative and had several things confirmed. It is NOT legal for a seller to use multiple ebay names, especially since the three I know of are in the "no longer a registered user" category. These are BMW-0001, mopar-engineparts and BMW-interieur, All booted off ebay. Ebay now knows these FOUR names are the same person, and are promising to take action against the current ID of mostra-scambio001. In other words, BYE BYE, schimmelpfeng.

It is also NOT legal for a seller to refuse to sell to a legitimate winner of an auction, so their refusal to sell to me is now also a matter of record with ebay and again action against the seller is promised. So schemmelpheng or however you spell it, you are soon to be once again an EX-eBay seller. What name will you come up with next? EBay assured me that now knowing you are the shady character who has used these four IDs they will make certain you cannot sell on ebay under any ID in future. They have also been referred to this forum to get further perspective on your activities.

EBAY UPDATE: mostra-scambio001 is not longer a registered user on ebay, thats strike four schemmelpfeng. I only hope I may have saved another coupe owner from making the mistake of buying from you. It is a shame that someone with access to some good NLA coupe parts has to be so disreputable. Hopefully someone with some integrity will inherit the parts and make them available to those of us who need them to keep the marque going.

I would like to suggest that if someone detects the same seller under a different name on ebay that they share the info so more of us dont get burned.
