Hi All,

I’m relatively new to the forum. I’ve seen some great threads and advice.
I’ve got a 73/4 3.0CS which is running well except for turn signals failed. We traced to the relay (reference # above) and pic attached. Any ideas on where I cud obtain one? Napa didn’t seem to carry a FFF unit.
Thank you,
Chris Mc

Your original relay may be serviceable by careful disassembly and cleaning contacts, including moveable points. Your vehicle's hazard "flasher" switch may or may not have some bearing on turn signal operation. It still is a good idea to check all related grounds/connections, then peruse the linked posts. ;)

Tochi,

Thanks for your valuable input. The relay had copper terminal that had broken off and rattled when removed. So I’m looking for a replacement. Already have replaced the flasher switch so hopefully new relay fixes the issue. Only concern was wire (green/cyan) was quite warm when removing relay. There may have been a shorting issue because of broken relay. Currently taped and isolated til replacement part is installed. Thanks.
