Hi there, all. A good friend of mine has decided to part with his exceptionally nice 2000c, after 40 years of ownership. Car is located in Portland, Oregon, USA, and is available to show by appointment. Thanks for looking!

If anyone here is looking for an exceptionally nice, 1967, NK, 2000c, here is your chance. My friend has decided to part ways with this gorgeous example, after 40 years of ownership.
1967, 2000c, automatic - same owner since 1978. Odometer reads just 27,400 original miles. This vehicle has an excellent pedigree - it is a six time concours winner at Forest Grove Concours de Elegance.
Chamonix exterior over Marine Blue interior. Body and paint are in excellent condition. Car was resprayed in the late 1970s, as the paint was faded. This was a high end job. All the bumpers, trim, etc, are original and unrestored, and in excellent condition. This car has zero rust and has never been in a collision. A very true, honest, "survivor" car.
Additionally, the interior is in excellent condition. Front seats have been reupholstered, in original vinyl, by Bright Auto Upholstery, of Portland, Oregon. The original Wilton wool carpets are in great shape. The wooden dashboard inserts were refinished by the owner and they look fantastic - reportedly, over 100 hours was invested to bring them back to original condition.
The cylinder head was replaced in 1980, with a new unit, from the dealer, after the engine was severely overheated, by the first owner. Engine is stock (down to the single barrel carburetor) and runs great. New battery and oil change as of May, 2018. Automatic transmission was rebuilt by Automatic Transmission Services in the early 2000s - estimated 1000 miles on vehicle since it was installed.
This is arguably the nicest original 2000c in the country, but most definitely the nicest one in the region. All papers from original sale at Herzog are present, as well as a photocopy of the original title, etc. This is a very well sorted car, with a great history and pedigree, that doesn't really need much to be a show winner again.
My good friend is getting older and has decided to downsize his collection. We are motivated to find this car the proper, new home it deserves.
Price is $50,000 USD.
