I would be worried why number 6 has a jumper and no fuse, that is wipers, brake light, turn signals

The last shop did this. I have no idea why. The turn signals were not working which is why I looked at this to begin with. I replace the one that was empty and now they work. For the life of me it makes no sense why auto repair shops don’t follow the wiring diagram.
Fuse #6 is the cigar lighter. Trust your sticker, 74 is very different and the other stickers in this thread are pre-74.
