DQ, May I ask a question concerning the newer fan visco clutch adapter? I have this on my E3 and the front bolt and fitting are tightened down into the adapter but the fan itself is a bit loose. I was under the impression this thing is tapered like a ball joint and as you tighten the front nut, it snugs the part you show so the fan is tight. I don't think it makes a difference but wonder if mine is just worn down.
