Grill Badges - Place your orders!

Well, the badge orders are rolling in just like the first two times. I am glad that I over-purchased on the last run so some late comers are able to get badges. However, I do suspect they will run out quickly though. These badges are very nicely made and they are a great way to express our enthusiasm about driving and caring for our beautiful cars. If you browse through coupe photos the badges are starting to show up everywhere, even on the cover of Roundel a while back. The "net" (we make about $2 per badge after shipping) goes toward operating the registry site and buying coffee and donuts for Tom our fearless web and database guru.

As for the registry, by all means please register your coupes. There is absolutely no profit motive, we only run the registry to share information and enhance the value of all E9s. Looking back at the genesis of the new registry I am complete astounded by the response. It has not even been 2 years and we have over 800 coupes registered. The registry was almost created on a dare from our beloved DanG and we had no idea how well it would be received. I hope that I will be able to keep it running for many years before passing the baton.

If you aren't familiar with the registry go and take a look at www.e9-driven.com. Not only do we have the registry, we also have loads of information about our coupes. This includes color charts, an on-line manual, VIN data, wiring diagrams, old adverts, a brochure, the owners manual, and more. We have received many generous donations to help defray the operating costs and we also have some great help with the management, content, and operations from fellow enthusiast.

For those who were around at the time the E9-Driven logo was created as a group effort by many members of this forum. If you are interested simply use the forum search tool with "grill badge e9coupe" and you will find some interesting "group think."

John,

got the grill badge, thank you, looks great + very well packaged too. my god, this thing ways a ton ... we've all talked about not driving around with tools in the tool box so that you don't break the box on bumps ... so how do keep this from shearing off the horizontal blades of the grill? will be curious to see pix of how others mount them.

but seriously, if you haven't bought one, do so ... they really look great! might have to order one of the other colors.
John, if you were ever to make any more, you should try letting the car be stainless steel - no color on the body, just the black detail lines.

John.

You need to post them on the e9-driven site under the merchandise section!

Grille badges

Hi there, how much would it be to purchase and have one of these sent to the UK?

Any colour that best suits a Polaris is fine.

Thanks

Can't see any badge in added pics...
To much polished!!!!

I guess my bad eyes only see a half naked woman...

How often do you take this lady for a ride? km/season?

Cheers

JJ
You are killing me.
I bought 2 from the very first run with the thoughts that the extra one would gain in value.
And here you are selling them at the same price as 5 years ago.
I just can't get no respect, or budget relief.

Now this year someone,??????? should step up and do a new calendar. As JJ did several years ago. I still have mine, with my car pictured, hanging at my desk, even though the date is long since past.

I hear you are a left coaster now!

cheers!
