Just tired of sitting around so I'm going through some of the listings to maybe learn something. Would it be possible to glue vinyl of the surface of the foam, or maybe buy foam backed vinyl in available?
Harry, if you are wondering about making one, you would need a tight (closed cell) foam. the basic problem is cutting the foam to keep a really clean / straight edge ... especially in the curves.
I will let you what to use for a perfect cut. An electric knive makes the job simple.
Even so, cutting the curves are NOT so easy ... and that is where it will let you down.
