Without additional details, quite a number of things could contribute to or be responsible for your symptoms.

Certainly the "brain" is essential, but so is the wiring throughout the injection system. The pressure sending unit (if its a DJet) is also critical, especially if it won't hold a vacuum. The fuel pump may be functioning, but its effectiveness can be restricted if the tank and/or filters are plugged with debris. You noted changing the pump and filter but if the tank is contaminated, it can quickly plug the simple inlet filters in the tank or at the mouth of the pump. Not saying this occurred, but it is a possibility. The pump is also controlled by a relay. If the pressure regulator is maladjusted or not functioning, it could affect fuel delivery.

As Mercury mentioned, more additional info needed to do a fair guess were to isolate your problem.
History, status, etc. for your D-jet?

Take a look whether the cable/harness for the pressure sensor is connected properly. It can happen if the cable does not have enough slack it can be pulled out when the engine torques a bit especially when making a left hand turn.

This is what I've learned, done, adjusted & figured out sorting my '73 CSi. If you do not have the shop manual 'blue binder'...you should get one.

Could be any of the following, combination of and not limited to:

Incorrect timing, dirty/worn out points, cap, rotor, pulse contacts - think that's that they're called, at the base of the dist.

Check/clean harness plug under air cleaner/coil on the frame rail.

Clean terminals/test injector relay, located on the engine side of the brake booster bracket, it's the one towards the front of the car. Easier from below.

Clean ALL grounds. D-Jet is very ground sensitive.

Check all harness plugs make sure they are where they belong, clean and tight.

Idle adjustment screw, under throttle body, maladjusted?

Faulty/maladjusted fuel pressure regulator.

Clean/adjust/replace Throttle Position Switch, believe spec is throttle butterfly 1% open at idle.

What is the mixture setting at the ECU? The knob on the back left as you are looking at it has 21 or 22 clicks from lean - counter clockwise, to rich - clock wise, factory setting is in the middle.

Test, clean fuel pump relay, located above ECU on the rear seat kick panel.

Clean/replace fuel tank pick up screen.

Replace fuel filter
