Anyone closer than Rick Kiceniuk in Annadale, NJ that can do a PPI for a car between Harrisburg and Philadelphia?

The Ruby Red '73 3,0CS was back on eBay and bid up to $28,500.

Yes on both. But probably a complete waste of effort since reserves are probably sky high.
