Check the shift pattern when you arrive. Chris noted that the VIN is manual not auto.

May have a 265 trans. Plus you get all the brake parts and intake manifold EFI L-jet stuff.

you have a point....
seller believed this was an automatic converted to a 5 speed.
its actually a 4 speed converted to a 5 speed.
seller is a surprisingly knowledgeable young man. Knows his engines and trannies.

i was under the impression that the e12 changed to 5 speed with the '79 model ... when the engine was dropped from 3.0L to 2.8L
