A sort if similar thing happened to me with my 2000 CS. It was just a couple days before someone was coming to pick it up after buying it.
The car rolled out of my garage, down the driveway and hit the curb across the street and a bush at the same time. Fortunately the only damage was to the grill that contacted the bush. It kind of moved two of the vertical slats further apart. I was able to reposition them with some delicate maneuvering and you could not tell they were ever displaced.
I had left the car in neutral without the parking brake on. The garage was level or so I thought. I don't know how it got to rolling initially. It had been sitting there like that for a couple hours before is decided to leave.
