Both wheels fit on E9 - I tested. The hornlessone is definitley a Petri 838 as per logo and number on the back. It is “turbo style” yes as per this older topic: https://e9coupe.com/forum/threads/looking-for-info-on-this-steering-wheel.31195/So the one with the BMW horn button and leather is an e21 Sport Wheel. Not an expensive wheel, but functionally a great driving wheel.
The other wheel is very likely a BMW 2002 Turbo wheel. There should be a part number inside the hub that can confirm if it’s a real turbo wheel or not, but it’s also missing the center horn piece.

I was able to find the number on the hub and it shows as a E10 steering wheel if I am correctThey do both have the same spline as e9, so yes correct they both do fit. However both would need a tinkering with the horn contact ring to work and fit properly.
The 2002 Turbo wheel came with both stampings on the back, the early wheels stamped 38 and the later wheels stamped 838. A quick look at the number inside the hub can confirm if it’s a turbo wheel or a just a regular Petri 838 wheel.
Both are very cool wheels either way, and look great in any vintage BMW. GLWS
