That is an awesome set of pics! Thank you for taking and posting those!

Most of the coupes on the line at Legends Friday...

Missed the cars in the lower field and the sequence is not necessarily in order. If the link does not work, cut & paste. Public album, so you shouldn't have to log in, hopefully.

Good to meet a couple of people before having to leave early in the day. Impressive how far some folks came to be there this year. Cheers.

Should probably try to do it for every show, but there was such a great selection of cars this time, seemed like the right thing to do...

Didn't really get a good shot of the row of cars stretching off down the fairway though. Hopefully someone else will have a couple more good ones of the whole line-up.

-Dang- so true about the original alloys. Kind of a nice surprise when they do show up.

Also, a GREAT BIG THANKS from all us "lost" e9'rs who never would have made it to any of the events without "the man" and his family! Cheers to you Chris!!!!

Thank you Peter. I will gather my thoughts on this past week's adventures when I return Thursday, tomorrow is the O'fest concours and then six hours home.

Coupes and planes seem to go so well together.

The early morning cars at Legends (the judged lineup). A bit later in the day the coupes were all lined up in a single row so it was difficult to catch them all in one shot. There was someone here who was putting together a panorama of the whole line up. In process??

So factory alloys are by far the most unique wheels to see on a coupe now. ;)

Very good observation indeed. That is why I decided never to change the factory alloys on my car.

Otherwise super pictures guys, only possible in the USofA.:)

Around 2:00 that afternoon I took a series of shots from one end to the other from the rear-side of the cars and then the same from the front end, overlapping by one car as I moved along. I have a friend who is really good at photoshop and I am going to ask him for help in putting together a full panorama. I don't know much about the process but my friend has allot of experience in doing things like this so I am going to see what he can do. Once I have it- and it may be a while- I will make it available here and I may ask for some additional photos from you all to fill in any gaps. I'm pretty confident in his work as his company Samsung asked him to decorate one of their common areas with his photos and he's won a few local awards for his work.

On a personal note, it was great to meet so many of our forum members in person and get to know a little about them and their families- and their cars- two of my favorites were Mike Burger's and Sven's, super clean and ready to drive anywhere (Sven just needed 1 wire wrap to make his bullet-proof) :-)
