Possible Wheel Options - 17x8/9 Staggered

Oem 005 RSs / fronts
1 1/2" lip , face is 1/2" barrel 5" total 7"

Oem 006 RSs/ rear
1 1/2" lip face is 1/2" barrel 6" total 8"

I replaced the front lip with a 2 1/2" and the rear with a 3 1/2" ... 8" and 10" total

Toyo r1r tires 225/45 & 205/45

Remember you take the measurements from the inside of the lip not from the outer lip.

I don't know why i was thinking RS006 - 2" Lips. My mistake.

You must have SOME rubbing on the rear. 10" RIM???

Don't have to, because tires are stretched. Standard tires for 10" wheels should be 275mm (Barry have 225mm); 8" standard 235mm (Barry's 205mm)

Being low also helps with the camber...

Anyway, here is a site that shows the various size tires on various size wheels. Not everyone's cup of tea but you can have some moderate stretch without looking too crazy...

No rubbing , when you hit a bump or dip the rears camber in and into the wheel well.

Here are mine RS's 005 & 022
005 - BBS 2" slant lips upgrade, so now they are 7,5" ET ~5
022 - BBS 3" stepped lips upgrade, so now they are 10" ET ~12

Here is my car with the 17" staggered style 5's

To overcome the concern with the rubbing up front, my tire sizes are 205 up front and 225 on the rear on the 8" and 9" rims respectively. The slight stretch ensures that they tuck under the fenders.

What aspect ratio are you running in front? 205/50/17 or 205/45/17? How bout the rear?

Sorry my bad.... 205/50/17 and 225/45/17 are my sizes. Here they are on my car... I put them on today. I like them but will sell them as I have my Alpina's now.
