I think Dave chose to make a steel body as that is what he was familiar with. But the key here for me is a coach built metal body. Very cool - can't wait for the next installment. The article inspired me to get more metal work done on my coupe.

Hi I am building one and there is a guy that has 3D scanned an original 507
About the chassie it's completely different to all other bmw
I have the drawing
