I recently bought alot of parts for my rear axle from Stefan. He is a really nice guy, but it took forever to get him to send the parts. He told me he had sent them, when he had'nt etc. Stefan told me he had cut his hand deep and can not use his fingers anymore, so i guess that's part of the problem. A couple of years ago i bought some other parts from him with no issues at all. Hope he will get to his former self soon.
