I'm wondering if anyone has found floor pan replacements which cover typical rust or weak areas. Does anyone have replacement ideas for the seat supports (front) I have sheet metal people evaluating the repairs I need and most indicate fabrication best route to follow. Any ideas. All appreciated.

If you check the FAQ, there are suppliers listed with contact info. Some time ago, when I thought I needed much more than I did, I found member Mike Pelly, listed in FAQ, does make floor panels and is not far from you. Good luck.
Mike Pelly makes full floor panels - much better than the 'pieces' other people make.
Walloth and Nesh in Germany are another source of repro body panels (and misc other e3 /e9 parts).
Fairly good ones mostly, though their rear floor panel has bolt holes that are 10mm off.
W&N sells 4 repair panels for the floor, where Mike Pelly's are 2 bigger ones, saving you a bit of work.
