just info, my car, 1972, original headliner but someone painted it black, the photo is the shoulder belt storage 'pocket' on the ceilingView attachment 55925

Cut the pin off I don’t think coupes had a pin.

That’s easy enough to do....I’ll try and make this work

On the pocket, my car won't have it either in the future
If you don't have the attachment bolt you wouldn't have this, but you wouldn't know if the headliner had been replaced

Rex -- something to think about: I believe the useful life of the webbing used in the belts was 25 years.
