Seeking advice on Brakes and tires

Friends,
It is time to buy rotors and pads for my 1972 Euro restoration project. I am staying with the original wheels and have rebuilt the calipers and installed new hard lines...
I am thinking drilled and slotted for the rotors. Opinions? Sources?
Also while we are at it what are your suggestions for tires?

I have the W&N drilled front rotors on my car. No problems after 3 years and 12K miles of driving with 16" BBS wheels.
The standard tire size is 195/70R 14 for your stock FPS wheels. If you lower the suspension and go with 205/70R14 and Alpina-style wheels, remember to roll your front fender lips. Your speedo will read a bit slower also with the larger diameter tire.

Any 195/70 14 will do. Vredestein, Continental are fine for any driving you will do in your Coupe. Pirelli may be making the P7 again.
 
This will not be popular but I went with Hancock and got 4 for under $500 at America tire company installed. I think they look good and the performance is fine for me.
 
Question about CN36 Pirelli; I went to one site and they recommended a tube to be used with these tires.
Can that be correct?
Who has experience with he Pirelli?
