Sheet Metal Floor Plugs & CV Joint Boots for Rebuild

I’m confused- why put those plugs in a coupe when the correct ones are available? I think I would rather pay the extra 10 ? bucks and get correct ones.

BTW Roger has been a very good source for hard to get parts for a long time. Much appreciated by many in the community. Still- those are not for coupes.

Don, where do you get the correct ones? [Roger's site lists the same one for E3, E9, and 2002. Is that not correct?]

There is a source in Germany- and in Poland,
Do you still need them?
E9 ones have squares in the middle

Alice, I bought the same one. Thanks to Don for letting me know while they’re still one the shelf.

Excuse my ignorance....but what are the plugs for?? Draining water out of your car ?? or access to some part underneath the car ?? I put new floors in my car from W & N and they just had the imprint (solid) makes sense..... then no road water can get in. Maybe someone can shed some light.

Strange....such a big hole for such a small amount of paint. It's a pity they didn't Hot Dip Galv the bodies........................would have cost "us restorers" a lot less in metal fabrication down the line. Thanks for the info Don.

Yes, please add me to the list @sfdon. I will confirm via PM if it's two or four needed.

Are both the front and rear the same size? Thank you.

Arrived yesterday
I have a few left.
