I’ll be sure to include the existing 2002 plunger plus the horn ring. It’s a lot easier to deal with removing the plunger than the horn ring so start with the 2002.

Something I’d previously never noticed - the steering wheels on E3s are not centered on the guage cluster. Slightly to the left. Bet you all knew that, already, though. Cheers!
Oh, I could not find the right rivets for the horn contact ring (made by @Wladek) so I just used 4mm screws with some nuts and lock washers. Worked like a charm. Beep, beep.
