Tony's 71 CS2800

Looks incredible. I suggest reinforcing the shock towers while you have the easy opportunity if you haven't already

Great progress. Now change your username from Tony.Dreamer to Tony.Realizer. That chrome is incredible. I'm glad I kept my eclipse glasses!

looking amazing Tony ... keep it up. so who did the chrome work?
it is an outfit in Tennessee I found recently when I was trying to look at the silver CS coupe which was rodent damage couple of months ago. Didn't buy that one but I found this place . I am trying him out and once I am completely satisfied I will pass the word around. It is relatively new place... I traveled there Monday (10 hours ) to pick these up and drop off few more to get chromed !!
Will let you know how happy I end up. So far so good ...

Thanks Markos,
I appreciate the comment . You are correct in your assumption that my user name came from "dreaming " the "one day this car will be done".
I change it once it's complete. Did you notice the tail light chrome piece???

Thanks Steve,
What would you recommend about the shock tower? Have you , or any other member done the same thing ? Send me whatever drawing or info you have so I can decide what to do. It has the reproduction Alpine staggered 16" inch from "coupe King". So it will put more stress on the body. Carl Nelson suggested I don't go over 16"...

wow, Kyle is the man!

If we're voting on colors, I'd suggest Colorado.
I really really love "Colorado " . I will make one of the coupe I build Colorado . So far we are sticking to the original silver... even though it is getting a m30b34 engine and 5 speed upgrade, and air dam!

If they haven't broken yet your welder can fabricate and weld a larger washer to affix on top to reinforce the thin curved top piece.
