Well the weekend has been and gone, and I'm very happy to say that I have successfully fitted the rear side windows back into the car, my re-wiring and relaying of the switching has worked very nicely also, I haven't had a chance to time them yet, But I judging from the speed, I think the world record for the fastest E9 windows may be challenged soon

May i ask, how did you make the windows go soo quick? My drivers side isent that bad, goes up in around 10 seconds, but the passenger side take round 3 months! hahaha, what is to be done to make them run faster?
